Hon. Nitinji Gadkari was the Guest of Honour for the function during his Inaugural speech addressed the gathering on the basic skills required to become an entrepreneur . He motivated the youth by explaining that huge opportunities available for the youths. Conversion of knowledge & skills in to entrepreneurship is success. He also urged the youths to be innovative, undertake research and make use of modern technology to create wealth. Hon. Gadkariji further added that the youth must have a strong desire to achieve big in life. He said it also needs appropriate planning, clear thoughts and innovative idea, In an attempt to motivate the participating youths to take up entrepreneurship, he asked them whether they like to be a job giver or a job seeker. The youths positively responded saying that they wish to be the job givers. Gadkari narrated many projects which today’s youth can take up. He illustrated his views by giving examples of ventures guided by him like making Amino acid which is used as plant booster from hair and bagged order of 30 Crores from Dubai , Amino acid added to slug to make fertilizer and earn 1 Crore, Methane gas from sewerage water to run Buses, Ethanol from Paddy, to run buses on Bio- CNG , Methanol from coal, Bio-diesel and Bio- aviation fuel from Bamboo and few more .. these all start-ups are based on innovation, technology, environment and economy..

He also explained the advantages of staring young. Further , he urged to form a community which shall help while working on start-up and essentially to have a mentor to guide on each step. He advised that to have a good start-up solve the burning pain , larger the pain ; larger the gain and solve it through disruptive methodology. 4 times better solution compare to existing solution at 1/4th price. He said in dia 450 million people earn just Rs. 35/- per day a solution of 1 $ will give 450 Million Dollars in a year.
